Pamela Rollins is the Founder & Executive Director of Sisters Growing Together Inc. She has 4 children (3 boys and a daughter) and 7 beautiful grandchildren. 
She started Sisters Growing Together in Johnson City, TN in 2003 one day on her way to work after hearing some young ladies talking about having children and not knowing what to do next in life. She spoke with them and advised them to go to school to get an EDUCATION to help them take care of themselves and their children. 15 Years later she is still encouraging young ladies to get their education and pursue their dreams. She graduated as a teen mother from Science Hill High School (88) and went to Northeast State Community College where she majored in accounting. She homeschooled all 3 of her sons for a while, and taught at Daniel Boone High School for 10 years. She specializes in helping to heal and encourage the broken.
